Merchant Responsibility
Partner merchants are independent third parties. While Windeal curates and verifies partner deals, the merchant is solely responsible for the quality, safety, and fulfillment of the goods or services provided.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not duplicate, manipulate, or attempt to forge promotional codes, create multiple fraudulent accounts, or use automated systems to scrape or misuse the Windeal platform.
Modifications & Governing Law
Windeal reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria.
